Shipping Methods

Domestic shipments are generally made via UPS or Fedex. 

International shipping is generally with USPS.  Purchasers are responsible for any and all customs fees in their home countries.

Manufacturing times vary widely depending on the product.  See product descriptions for estimated times.

All shipments require signature upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Most Audiowood products are "custom" orders that are made upon receipt of payment.  Consequently, barring defects in manufacture or assembly, we generally do not allow returns.  However, we aim to completely satisfy every customer, so all transactions are evaluated with that in mind.  Exchange requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
